What time does the program start and end?

The 2010 SEF program will be held at Cornell University from June 2 - June 9. A detailed schedule will be posted shortly.

Where will I be staying?

Students will be housed at the Homewood Suites in Ithaca. They offer a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Check back soon with more detailed information.

What should I bring?

Who can apply?

U.S. citizens in their junior or senior year of an undergraduate degree or first year masters students may apply. There are 40 available spots.

What is the cost?

For US Citizens: The SEF pays for Hotel, Morning Meals and Tuition. In addition you will receive a $350 stipend to help you cover costs for travel and afternoon/evening meals.

For NON-US Citizens: The SEF pays for Hotel, Morning Meals and Tuition. Unfortunately, you are not eligible for any stipend.

What do I need to apply?

Download and fill out the application form and e-mail it along with an essay describing your interest in the Sustainable Energy Fellowship. The essay should be double spaced, 11.5 pt., Times New Roman font and no more than 1,000 words. Your name and school name should be included in the footer of each page.

How many applicants will be accepted?

We have space for 40 participants.
